I am a Feminine Empowerment Leader, for both male bodies & female bodies, with a focus on Sacred Sexuality, Embodiment, Archetypal & Shadow work, Mystic Leadership, Trauma Therapy, & Coaching.
I have been passionately devoted to my journey as a therapist, teacher, leader & advocate for over 14 years. It is my greatest desire that all humans have access to the deepest recesses of their power, potency & wild beauty, so that they can connect deeply with themselves, & embrace who they are on every level. I am wholeheartedly holding a fierce loving vision of liberation for everyone on the planet through deeper initiations into self authorship, compassionate power, & awakening the lover within
I love creating permission filled, safe spaces for my clients, & for women within my Mystic Leadership Trainings to claim their unique essence, & harness the sexy, sacred, wild and pleasure filled, real, raw, unedited parts of themselves back to wholeness, embodying their YES & owning their NO!!!
I see that the willingness to surrender into your own light as well as the darkness of the unknown is the sacred opening - the keys to your wholehearted potential for life where your unique essence & inner treasures are unveiled.

Sensual Awakening . A little about my work
Healing the split between who we think we 'should' be, & all the separation/anxiety that creates, and learning to reclaim who we actually are. Every one of us no matter who we are has the experience of being human, we all carry hurts, shame, and have times when we've felt alone or unloving. The sweet spot we crave is always in connection, to ourselves and each other, to love. This connection flow is in our sharing, being witnessed and accepting ourselves & each other even in our messy, unrefined humanness. Allowing permission for all of who we are is the most loving thing we can do. The truth is, if we are all given the right kind of space and understanding, and if we come with a willingness to move beyond our limiting conditioning and explore on the edge of our comfort zones, we'll likely find the ugly, wild, sexual, hidden messiness of it all can actually be the very thing that makes us relatable, that allows us to connect with others. When we accept our shared humanity and free ourselves from hiding, a deeper acceptance and appreciation for all the parts of us and each other can occur. It's from this space where we play, where pleasure & passion for life, love, sexuality & relationships are nourished and enriched. Where intimacy becomes a saucy exploration into your untapped potential, where whatever you feel you can allow to move through you, dance you, liberate you!
